project Y chara study 4

ok in the free time (  what? whaaaat? ok..) I'm developing my comic project.

As said, I hope to finish and upload it within this year.

1   Well, here we have a  Bakezōri ( a very old zōri -over 100years- turned in a monster ) yokai.com/bakezouri/

I have no name yet for this charachter, but he will appear  at the very beginning of the story, 
together with the Karakasa  ( or Kasabake ) I posted some days ago! 

He has a a very stern mood and is overcritical in his sentences. 
Do you think he could bear the extrovert and crackling karakasa? Let's see

Name suggestions are allowed, but I can't assure I'll not choose a name by myself !!


2 The second one is a far more famous  Japanese yōkai : a Kappa ( yes, no name for this one too )

 I must to decide where and when to introduce him in the story, but he could be an interesting charachter.
 After all, in a place full of monsters it will be an easy task enough.....

As Kappa is a yōkai with peculiars charachteristics and behaviour,  I designed him with a low center of gravity
and a sort of cap on his head.
Guess why?
